Caring staff, and friendly nurses.
There is such a relaxed, caring environment at the hospice. It feels like a second home, I feel safe and know trust all the staff and volunteers.
If I need medical advice or help there is someone to ask. The complementary treatments are valuable and relaxing.
If focussing on living and doing what I can, not what I cannot do any longer.
As always the staff and helpers cannot do enough for you. They are also very alert to how you are feeling and to do everything to help.
Staff extremely helpful, caring and supportive.
The staff share their time evenly among all the patients and nobody is left out. They are also very friendly and take an interest in what you and the family are doing. They always make sure that the family is involved and not left out!
My care is first class.
Nothing I can think of could be improved any thing.
The nurses are always there for you. Cannot be faulted. Have seen doctors who tell you how it is so you understand. Which is very important. Have been to physio who are very caring and helpful. So pleased to have made the right decision to come to the Hospice.
For the first times I have been here, I could not fault the care I have received. I was made welcome and any negative feeling I may have had were entirely dispelled. I would certainly recommend your services to friends and family.
